  • More and more studies are showing that there is a direct link between getting too much sleep and obesity. This means, if you want to lose weight and keep that weight lost, then you need to avoid the extra sleep.
  • There has also been a link shown between diabetes and sleep problems. In fact, if you are sleeping too much or not getting enough sleep, your risk of developing diabetes increases immensely.
